1. Excludes installation and hardware costs
2. Includes basic line testing and troubleshooting when there is a line fault.
3. ADSL Port Recreate when there are authentication issues.
3. Line stabilization to lower speed profiles if line cannot stabilize at subscribed speed.
4. Line fault reporting directly with Telkom via Uniweb.
5. Fault escalation on faults logged.

Above  pricing does not include the standard analogue line rental and installation billed by Telkom to client directly.
